“You seem like a UX person.”

This one sentence from my then-coworker caught me by surprise, but it was the final encouragement I needed to dive head-long into finally exploring what the world of user experience was all about.

My analytic mind, creative vision, and love of connection has since taken me from crafting human-centered marketing initiatives to developing customer experience improvement strategies to leading organizational and industry-wide innovation efforts—all driven by the same question: “What if…?”.

What if people’s actual needs were the launchpad for future design?

What if we could make beautiful, well-functioning solutions that are connected to (and supported by) our most impactful business strategies?
